EXAM TIPS

Hi guys!

Exams are coming and you all feel nervous and tired. Here you are some tips to help you study for your final exams. 

 

BEFORE THE EXAM:

1. Revise actively. Don't just read your notes! Do activities,   summaries, repeat class exercises, etc.

2. Plan in advance. Organization is essential. You will probably have a lot of exams in just 1 or 2 weeks, so you need to plan in advance how much time you have and need for each subject. 

3. Do past papers or repeat class activities. 

4. Study with a friend. Sometimes it's quite productive to study with a friend and solve your doubts together. 

5. Ask for help if needed. If there's something you don't understand, ask for help. Your teachers can help you. But do it in advance, not the same day of the exam. 

6. Practise sports. It's a good way to get some fresh air and free your mind. This can help you reduce stress. 

7. Eat healthy food. Your body and your brain need to work at their best and they need healthy food for that. 

DURING THE EXAM...

1. Read the questions first and make sure you understand the instructions. 

2. Do the easiest questions first.

3. Look at the marking schemes. It's not the same a question which is 50 points worth than one which is just 10 points worth. 

4. Don't get stuck. Move on. Time is limited, so don't waste it!
